Production Time

Normal Production Time

Normal production time is 20 BUSINESS DAYS from the day after we receive your signed and approved cover and text proofs. Morris Publishing is not in production on weekends or holidays, and we are closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day; therefore, these days are not counted as business days. Production time does not include shipping time. Allow an additional 5 — 7 business days for shipping time. Allow 3 — 6 weeks for deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii. We reserve the right to adjust production schedules due to heavy seasonal demands, shortages, strikes, fire, energy failure, equipment breakdown, supplier or carrier delays, or any other reasonable causes whatsoever.

RUSH Service

RUSH service is 12 BUSINESS DAYS from the day after receipt of your signed and approved cover and text proofs. This does not include shipping time. RUSH service incurs an upcharge of 15% on the total order ($200 minimum charge). Customer delays or inability to contact the customer if questions arise may alter the shipping date, for which Morris Publishing is not responsible. In this event, the customer is still responsible for the RUSH charge. Order will be shipped when the final payment is received. For this reason, we recommend putting the final payment on credit card. If Morris Publishing fails to ship your order in 12 business days, the customer will not be billed for this service.

Rush service cannot be used for promotional tools or for books with gold or silver foil stamping, 3-ring binding, or hardback covers. We reserve the right to deny RUSH service for any reason.
