1 Choose a Binding Style

Paperback books are available in four binding styles: perfect binding (the most popular style), plastic coil, plastic comb, and saddle-stitched binding is now available for books under 64 pages. Full-color hardcover books with upgrades are also available.

2Prepare Your Pages

Prepare and finalize all your pages and make your paper and ink selections. Pages must be typeset, proofread, edited, and submitted press-ready.

The cover provides the first impression. Morris Publishing® offers many options to assist with your cover design, or you may send us a press-ready digital file.

4Determine Technical Details

Determine Technical Details

Depending on your distribution goals, your book may require a few technical details, such as an ISBN, bar code, or Library of Congress Control Number.

5Place Your Order

Step 5: Submit Your Order

Submit your entire order online or complete a Book Order Form (PDF). Send your order to Morris Publishing with 1/3 of your payment. We will begin processing your order when we receive your initial payment and all necessary material.

6Review Your Proofs

Step 5: Submit Your Order

You will receive cover and page proofs to review and approve. Approval forms (one for your cover and one for your pages) and the second 1/3 of your payment must be returned before books are printed. Final payment must be received before your books will be shipped.
